It houses several businesses and a 26-floor residential tower with 300,000 ft2 of rental space. Next door to Projet Bonaventure, the building is a perfect fit with the neighbourhood\u2019s growing and trendy vibe. With its views of downtown and proximity to public transit, Le Duke\u2019s commercial and residential units are a magnet for renters. <\/p>\n Our Construction division was tasked with the building mechanicals for this large-scale project.
