Built directly on the banks of the Lachine Canal, this new construction is flanked by parks, greenery, and breathtaking views of the famous waterway. Its timeless architecture and design use pure lines in a unique way that blends minimalist modernism with convivial classicism. The two -million-dollar project is being spearheaded by Axxys Construction Group.<\/p>\n Charbonneau is handling the mechanical systems at Le Charlotte, i.e. the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning.
