Acquisition of Climatisation Nouvel-Air

We are very proud to announce our latest acquisition agreement with Climatisation Nouvel-Air, a company that has been in business for over 20 years in the fields of air conditioning, ventilation, heating, heat pumps and geothermal energy. Following this change, Climatisation Nouvel-Air, a new entity under the Charbonneau umbrella, will continue to ensure the smooth running of its usual operational activities.

Patrick Creamer, President of Climatisation Nouvel-Air, and his team will remain in place. The company will play a key role in the diversification of our activities. Our customers will be able to benefit from an enhanced and comprehensive range of services.
