Built directly on the banks of the Lachine Canal, this new construction is flanked by parks, greenery, and breathtaking views of the famous waterway. Charbonneau is handling the mechanical systems at Le Charlotte, i.e. the plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. This project involves the construction of condos, common areas, a rooftop terrace, a pool with panoramic views, three elevators, a spacious lobby, security, a fitness centre, an inner courtyard with mini-golf, and two floors of parking.
