AC Marriott Montreal Downtown

We delivered the Marriott AC project, which is located between downtown’s Quartier des spectacles and Old Montreal. Steps away from Palais des congrès and Chinatown, the 37-storey design-led structure houses the hotel on its first 12 floors and, above that, homes. The hotel’s tailor-made, urban, and cosmopolitan design complete with spaces of freedom serves as a beacon for modern travellers who are looking for a fresh way to experience the city. Groupe Canvar, the preeminent tower’s developer, describes it as European-inspired, and we think they’re spot on.
