Le Stanbrooke

We delivered Le Stanbrooke, a rental boutique apartment project developed by Brivia Group. Overlooking Stanley Street in the heart of downtown Montreal, the building finds itself amidst bustling, European-style urban surroundings. The 19-storey building includes 178 studios, two- and three-bedroom semi-furnished apartments, a fully connected smart environment, a state-of-the-art fitness room, a stunning rooftop terrace, plus indoor parking for cars and bikes. The units range from 364 to 1,130 ft2, and every single one of them includes a separate bedroom and a workspace.
