The Duke

Le Duke is a mixed-use complex located where Griffintown meets Old Montreal. It houses several businesses and a 26-floor residential tower with 300,000 ft2 of rental space. Next door to Projet Bonaventure, the building is a perfect fit with the neighbourhood’s growing and trendy vibe. With its views of downtown and proximity to public transit, Le Duke’s commercial and residential units are a magnet for renters.

Our Construction division was tasked with the building mechanicals for this large-scale project. In compliance with CNESST safety guidelines, the project was led by Foreman Mathieu Carbonneau and Project Supervisors Sylvain Ouellette and David Charbonneau.
